Candace Krause
Candace heads up luxury marketing and fine jewelry clients at Krause. She has extensive experience in the branding, positioning and marketing of luxury products and services.
Previously, Candace was group publisher of Dallas-Fort Worth Home & Garden and Houston Home & Garden magazines. She also helped Texas Monthly launch Domain, a monthly design magazine.
Candace served as marketing director for the Bailey Banks & Biddle division of the Zale Corporation in the early 1990s.
Prior to joining Krause, Candace was president of Brown Productions in Dallas, where she managed direct, in-store and print marketing programs for Zale and other jewelry brands, including Bailey Banks & Biddle, Peoples and Mappins of Canada. In addition, Candace has worked with many fine independent retailers and jewelry manufacturers across the U.S. and Europe.
Candace has served on the capital campaign committee of St. Philip's School and Community Center and on the original board for DIFFA Dallas, and has taught courses in magazine publishing at Rice University.

Jim Hradecky
Jim directs the creative efforts of the agency. He began his career back in the infancy of The Richards Group, where he worked as a designer, writer and art director. Recruited to Bozell, he headed up a variety of retail and packaged goods accounts, including American Airlines, Pace Picante Sauce and Zale Corporation.
When N.W. Ayer opened a Dallas office to service JCPenney, Jim was hired as managing director of creative services for the agency. He later moved to Berry Brown, a lead Quaker agency, as executive creative director, later adding the titles of president and CEO.
Before joining Krause, Jim spent over ten years as a partner, creative director and president of the Dallas office of Fogarty Klein Monroe.
His clients included Daisy Brand, Mission Foods and multiple ConAgra brands, including Banquet, Manwich, Wolf Brand Chili and
Homestyle Bakes.Jim is married and has two daughters. He has served on the boards
of The Volunteer Center of Dallas and Greenhill School. His passions, beyond brand building, include mid-century design, art, ceramics and fishing – when he can get away.
